Initial Nutrition Consultation – 1 hour: $200

This is for new clients only.

This offers an in-depth exploration of your presenting complaint/s and current health symptoms. This involves comprehensive case-taking and a holistic health & wellbeing assessment.

As a team, we will establish both short-term and long-term health goals and create an individualised treatment plan to support you.

Areas of interest: Menopause support, GLP-1 transitions, gut health, skin health, immunity, weight management, metabolic health, sleep & stress, nervous system support, fatigue, energy levels, supporting lean muscle mass.

Includes consultation, treatment plan, supplement prescriptions, and handouts/recipes.

Supplement Consultation – 30 mins: $125

This is for new and pre-existing clients.

This offers an opportunity for your supplement protocol to be reviewed, accompanied by clinical recommendations and amendments to best support your health goals.

This session includes a clinical review, personalised supplement prescription, and access to practitioner-only products that require professional oversight.

Pathology requests may also be included.

This is for new and pre-existing clients.

Take the guesswork out of eating well with a personalised nutrition plan designed around your goals, lifestyle, and food preferences. After completing a short questionnaire about your habits, likes, and dislikes, you’ll receive a practical plan that fits into your daily routine.

No extreme diets, just realistic guidance to help you build balanced meals, improve your relationship with food, and create sustainable results.
